Viewing and test drives was easy to arrange, no pressure – easy going manner from both Rebecca and Tom, this relaxed and warm atmosphere just increased your confidence in the business. Cars were in an immaculate condition on viewing, both serviced and MOT before collecting. Tom paid attention to the smallest details before sale, even down to changing wiper blades/arms because of a small amount of rust on the arm. Tom is first and foremost a vehicle engineer and a car salesman second. Very refreshing as so often at bigger dealerships, that knowledge and investment in the whole experience can be missing. Strongly recommended.
